Dr. Andy Coles

Dr. Andrew Coles is a board-certified physician in internal medicine with extensive training in both interventional and medical pain management. His approach blends minimally invasive procedures, medical therapies, and long-term strategies for conditions like:

  • Chronic back pain and neck pain

  • Sciatica and nerve pain

  • Joint and musculoskeletal pain

  • Headaches and migraines

  • Fibromyalgia and neuropathy

Alongside his team of five highly trained advanced practice providers, Dr. Coles offers a collaborative, whole-person approach that helps patients manage pain, restore function, and improve quality of life.

Dr. Coles graduated magna cum laude in chemistry from the University of Utah, then earned his medical degree from the U of U School of Medicine. His post-graduate training includes anesthesiology at Washington University in St. Louis and internal medicine residency at University of Utah-affiliated hospitals. Before launching his practice in Farmington, Dr. Coles cared for patients in Layton and has built a loyal following thanks to his genuine compassion, clinical expertise, and personalized care.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Coles enjoys oil painting, DIY home projects, and spending time with his children. He is also fluent in American Sign Language, making his care more accessible to a wider patient community.
